She's Me Is More Than a Program. It's a Promise.
She's Me was created from a simple but powerful belief: every young Black girl deserves someone in her corner.
Our mission is to provide young Black girls with mentorship, encouragement, guidance, and meaningful conversations that help them navigate life with confidence and purpose.
Through mentorship and community, we help girls understand their value, develop healthy relationships, build self-esteem, make positive choices, and begin thinking intentionally about their future.
She's Me is where girls are seen, heard, encouraged, and reminded that they are capable of becoming everything they were created to be.

Why She's Me Exists
She's Me Was Born From Seeing Myself in Her.
Sometimes I look at a young Black girl and I don't just see her circumstances. I see myself.
I see the girl who needed guidance. I see the girl who needed reassurance. I see the girl who needed someone to tell her, "You matter. You're capable. You're not alone."
Through my work as a deputy sheriff, I have crossed paths with young Black girls from many different backgrounds and circumstances. Some are hurting. Some are misunderstood. Some are simply trying to figure out who they are.
She's Me is my way of reaching back.
